4-Shimai Tanteidan(4 Sister detectives)

This TV show starts out with the family's house being burnt to the ground when their father is away on a business trip. Later, they find a dead body was hidden in the house before it was burnt. From there the four sisters begin to get involved in different murder cases and play detective to solve the mysteries themselves. Although the police aren't a huge fan of them, they end up solving mysteries before the police.

To start things off, this show has a wonderful cast of people who can actually decently act. Also the story is based of a best seller by Jiro Akagawa who is famous for his murder mysteries. Personally, I really like the plot twists in this show because you can't tell what is going to happen or who is the culprit. Definitely one of the shows I would recommend to anyone because it is viewer friendly, unless you don't like murder...

ラッキーセブン Lucky Seven

I am going to start doing this a bit differently and instead of every episode, I will start talking about a TV show at a time.

So this show is about a detective agency that has seven members sometimes solving little mysteries, like finding someone's cat, or sometimes solving complex mysteries, like murder. One man stumbles into the agency one day because he is actually the one being followed by one of the agents and he starts working there, and ever since he becomes to star of the company. Every agent has a little story behind why they are here, and the story begins to become complex when out of no where the agency is being searched and one of the agents suddenly quits the job.

Overall, this is an easy TV show to follow along and the Japanese is not very complex. The only really difficult vocabulary that you may need to know is that Sanjikan is a title in the police department so when they say that name, they are referring to a person. Anyways, hope you enjoy this wonderful and light comedy!
